## Why AI video watermarks remove so cleanly

AI video generators typically add the same kind of mark: a small, semi-transparent logo or text in a fixed corner, identical on every frame. Meanwhile the generated scene usually moves, with a drifting camera or animated subjects.

That combination is ideal for this tool. It samples the corner across the whole clip, separates the unchanging watermark from the moving scene, measures its exact colour and transparency, and reverses it. Because the mark is see-through, the original generated picture is still there underneath and comes back sharp, instead of being smudged over.

## Getting the best result on AI clips

1. Select the whole mark, including any icon next to the text and its soft glow or shadow.
2. If the generator adds a solid icon, expect that part to be filled from its surroundings; the see-through text will still be reversed precisely.
3. Clips with camera motion give the tool the most to learn from. For a completely static shot, cropping the corner may look better.
4. Check the result with the before-and-after slider at full size before downloading.

## Use it responsibly

- Check your generator’s terms. Some plans already include watermark-free exports; others require the mark to stay.
- Many platforms, and some laws, require AI-generated content to be labelled. Removing a visible watermark doesn’t remove that obligation.
