These terms apply when you use Kling Watermark Remover (“the tool”). By using it, you agree to them. Effective September 30, 2026.

## What the tool does

The tool edits video files in your browser, on your device. We don’t receive, store or have access to your videos. See the privacy page for details.

## Your videos and your rights

- Only use the tool on videos you own or have permission to modify.
- You’re responsible for making sure your edits, and anything you do with the result, comply with copyright law, licences, platform rules and any other terms that apply to the video.
- Removing a watermark doesn’t give you any rights to the underlying content.

## Acceptable use

Don’t use the tool to:

- Remove watermarks from content you don’t have the right to modify, such as other people’s stock footage, paid previews or copyrighted work.
- Circumvent DRM, paywalls, authentication or other access controls. The tool isn’t designed to, and doesn’t, do any of this.
- Mislead people, for example by passing off someone else’s work as your own, or by hiding that a video was generated by AI where you’re required to disclose it.
- Break any law.

## Trademarks

Kling Watermark Remover is an independent tool. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Kling AI, Kuaishou Technology or any other AI video company. “Kling” and other product names belong to their owners and are used only to describe which watermarks the tool can work with.

## No warranty

The tool is provided free and “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Results depend on your video, your browser and your device, and aren’t guaranteed. Always keep your original file. The tool never modifies it, but you remain responsible for your own backups.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the tool, including lost data, lost profits, or claims by third parties about content you edited.

## Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the tool after a change means you accept the updated terms.
